In my newspaper today it says exercising in the open air is much better for your health than going to the gym, researchers claim. Just five minutes of "Green exercise" improves mood and self-esteem. More than 1200 Britons were studied and there are calls to prescribe open-air exercise for people with mental illnesses. You only have to do five minutes readers to see a positive effect. Just aswell as I didn't get out on my bike, I've been chained to my computer.
