Cold Stand

Well look's like the Prime Minister is having troubles staying off the Kit Kats with a a brew. He's trying to eat more banana's. I've been drawing black swans and pesky kids this morning. Last week it was my England Captain; today its my Family Fortune host caught up in the midst of flirting with other ladies when married.

Lizard

My nose is currently very red from my cold. In between drawing today I've been interested to read about Bradley Wiggins, Russell Downing and the others with there success with Team Sky. People keep telling me we are due more snow this week. Please I hope not.

Rough

Today I've been roughing out some ideas in my sketchbook, whilst my nose runs and I keep sneezing. I'm not feeling the best, but we continue. I most certainly need some hot drinks down me.

The Garden

Earlier I had a walk round the grounds and gardens of Newby Hall minus my hunter wellies and barbour jacket en route I saw a photo of a sculpture. Which inspired me to draw this above. I didn't manage to see an equivalent of lady Jane Felsham on this trip out. But there's always next time. Click on the image above to enlarge.

A Tractor

Today I've braved the cold, snow was on the ground when I left the house. I've been to North Yorkshire and there was indeed snow kicking about there aswell. On returning from Ripon I had time to kill at York train station I left the paper shop with a new sketchbook and a lego tractor to construct.
