Not Hungry

today I spotted a hare this morning on the bike; it had huge ears and legs, plus spotted a divvy driving using a mobile phone not a good combo. Last night watched Marley and Me on dvd and yes by the end of the movie I had a lump in my throat. I'll tell you that in the tree of trust.

Happy Birthday Mum. Readers I've had a massive feast with the family. Good times. I've been out on my bike its all good today.

Well readers I've discovered there is a bike out there called "The Ultimate Al", I shall bear that in mind when shopping for my next bike. Today I've come up with this one of my personal faves I think, Im really happy with it for now

Readers check this couple and there pet dog in the snazzy headwear. Looking out my window this mmorning there's more rain. Meanwhile I've been enjoying cheeky interviews on planet armstrong. Interviews with Ben Stiller supporting Armstrong's comeback. Will he have that jersey on the weekend. Or will Alberto?
